How to Initiate an ADR

Hartley Alley's mediation fee is $190 per hour. Normally, the parties share this cost. An advance on the fees may be requested. Each party pays a one-time case management fee of $50. The parties pay for necessary expenses - for example, travel costs if the mediation were held outside the Denver or Los Angeles areas. Depending on the number of parties and the locale desired for the mediation conference, the parties may share the cost of the conference facilities. Special low rates are available for matters in which the amount in dispute is relatively small.

Anyone may initiate ADR. Just call. Hartley Alley's office will assist you, free of charge, in obtaining the agreement of the other parties. Once all necessary parties agree, Hartley will act promptly and effectively to seek resolution of their dispute.
